Full: Lose all enchantments. For each one lost, you gain 0...64 Health, lose one hex, and lose one condition (maximum 1...7 hexes and conditions).
Concise: You gain 0...64 Health and lose one hex and condition for each enchantment on you (maximum 1...7 hexes and conditions). You lose all enchantments.

- Contemplation of Purity is one of few non-spell skills that can remove multiple hexes at once.
- This skill is best used when the enchantments that will be removed are ones that have their own beneficial termination effect, such as Mantra of Recall for energy management, Patient Spirit or Watchful Healing for health gain, or Holy Veil for removal of 1 more hex.
- Because Contemplation of Purity is a skill and not a spell, it can remove Backfire and Soul Leech without the caster taking damage; however, it also does not trigger any bonus healing from Divine Favor or Divine Boon.
- The health gain effect is not healing, and thus skills that affect healing amounts have no effect, and skills that trigger upon healing will not trigger.
- Removal effects:
- If you are enchanted with both Watchful Spirit and Aura of Faith, then the healing from removal of Watchful Spirit will be increased by Aura of Faith.
- If you are hexed with Phantom Pain or Shadow Fang, the Deep Wound caused by their removal will not be removed by Contemplation of Purity.
