This Enchantment is a powerful boon granted to players by Vizier Khilbron during Abaddon's Mouth (mission). However, it will only last for 2 minutes. It will be granted to your party three times: before reaching the Mursaat Fortress; after having broken through it; and finally, right before the end where the party must face six Ether Seals. Since the Mursaat Fortress is filled with a great amount of foes, the enchantment will come in handy to take down your enemies faster.

This skill will also stack with other speed boosts you may have.

Anomaly! Contrary to the description, this will lower the energy costs of all skills, not just spells.
