Full: You become Poisoned for 10 seconds. Foes in the area of your target are struck for 10...37 cold damage and lose 1...2 enchantments.

Concise: Deals 10...37 cold damage to foes in the area around your target; removes 1...2 enchantments from these foes. You are Poisoned (10 seconds).

You take 80 damage total from the Poison effect.
The skill becomes more useful when paired with Plague Sending, Plague Signet, or Plague Touch, allowing you to transfer the poison effect from yourself to one or more enemies. Alternatively, use Infuse Condition so that a nearby minion becomes poisoned instead.
This skill deals damage first, then enchantment removal last.

Chilblains are a medical condition where the blood vessels constrict in reaction to cold, then leak blood if warmed too rapidly. It often affects the hands, the feet or the nose.
