- Item can be upgraded with runes.
- Item cannot be dyed.
- Item cannot be upgraded with armor insignias.
- Item cannot be salvaged.
- Once you have the Charr Hat on one character, you can make it available to all of your characters, by showing it to the Festival hat maker.
