Brother Mizar is a Krytan monk, a follower of the Old Gods, and an opponent of the new gods of the White Mantle, the Unseen Ones.
In the quest the False Gods you assist him in finding out about these gods of the White Mantle.
Brother Mizar can also tell you some interesting facts about the Temple of the Ages.
