- The near-instant effect and quick recharge mean that Blinding Surge can be cast on multiple enemy Warriors or Rangers to greatly reduce damage being dealt to the caster's party. Particularly useful against powerful melee attackers (like Abyssals and Bladed Aatxes) or with attackers who cause annoying effects like knockdown Warriors or interrupt Rangers.
