Bit Golems are golems summoned by N.O.X. during his attempt to assassinate Prince Bokka in the quest Deactivating N.O.X.

There are five upgraded models of Bit Golem that N.O.X. will begin summoning after Bokka escapes:

• Breaker Bit Golem
• Fire Bit Golem
• Phantom Bit Golem
• Rectifier Bit Golem
• Thunder Bit Golem
