An item needed for the Pre-Searing Ascalon quest A Gift for Althea. A Beautiful Pearl can be found in a Beautiful Shell on the water's edge by the mill in Ashford Village in Lakeside County. Like most Quest items, Beautiful Pearls have no value if you try to sell them to merchants and cannot be salvaged.
