DescriptionEdit

A Kappa boss that uses powerful Water magic spells. He is located around a large group of level 20 Kappa. One of the toughest parts is getting to him through the masses of Kappa. He does not appear during Chasing Zenmai quest unless you have his Zaishen quest active.
