DescriptionEdit

Banished Dream Riders are spectral horsemen that can be seen wandering the Chaos Planes in the Underworld. When they appear to be alone, their deaths will spawn droves of Mindblade Spectres — first three, then six, then nine. When they are in groups of two with a Wailing Lord, they do not spawn Mindblades. They can also be found in the Ruins of the Tomb of the Primeval Kings accompanied by Terrorweb Dryders, Scythes of Chaos and Grasps of Insanity. No Mindblade Spectres are spawned in the Tomb ruins.
