Bandit Firestarters are dwarf-sized men who tend to run through the outdoor areas of Pre-Searing Ascalon. They will not attack unless they are first attacked. Even though they seem to carry the same weapon as other pre-Searing bandits, they are ranged attackers.

• Bandit Firestarters use Flare as their primary attack. This is a fairly high damage skill, often causing them to be more dangerous than the higher level bandits in Pre-Searing.
