Avarr's Scepter is a Unique Item dropped by Avarr the Fallen in Jaga Moraine.

- Halves skill recharge of Death Magic spells (Chance: 20%)

- a Bone Spiral Rod crafted by one of the following Weaponsmiths:
- Gertrud in Vasburg Armory
- Telamon in the Leviathan Pits
