• Her name is presumably a reference to Artemis, the Greek goddess of the hunt.
• In Traveler's Vale, she is sometimes dead by the time you reach her, due to Stone Summit patrols near her location. If so, enter Iron Horse Mine and then back out into Traveler's Vale. This will reload the map instance.
