DescriptionEdit

The Apocrypha is the final boss in the Jokanur Diggings mission which takes players through the ruins of Fahranur. Like all Graven Monoliths that serve Abaddon, it has the ability to shapeshift - transforming itself into completely different professions. Apocrypha can prove to be a challenge to the unprepared.

NotesEdit

• Shutdown is a good strategy. This would involve things such as Enchantment removal, Interruptions, and Conditions such as Blind, Dazed, and Weakness. It would also be helpful to bring some sort of degeneration, whether through Conditions or Hexes, to counter the Apocrypha's massive amounts of Health recovery during combat. The Apocrypha is also non-fleshy, making it immune to disease, bleeding and poison.

• You can't capture skills from Apocrypha, because as soon as you destroy it you will be teleported to Kamadan.

• Another way to quickly deal with the Apocrypha is to allow one of your heroes to use Grenth's Balance.

Storyline ImplicationsEdit

The Apocrypha is a prophet of Abaddon, his teachings and inscriptions mislead and misguide Warmarshal Varesh, General Kahyet and even Spearmarshal Kormir. It was Kormir who first unearthed the Apocrypha in the ruins of Fahranur, however, it was Kahyet and Varesh who heeded his corrupt message and sought to bring Nightfall to Elona.
