The Ancient Shield is a shield type for Paragons and Warriors.

This is a Nightfall campaign item.

    • Ancient Elonian Chest
    • Slave Spirits (while the quest Destroy the Ungrateful Slaves is active)
      • This shield has been found in the no key Issnur Isles and Mehtani Keys chests as well as The Ruptured Heart and Sulfur Wastes treasure chest.
• Also drops in Fahranur The First City from Undead in Hard Mode

Dye affects the wooden portion of the shield.

• This shield is displayed incorrectly on female Monks, female Necromancers and male Mesmers when they are not casting a spell. It also glitches with male Warrior Primeval armor, as well as Dragon Gauntlets, as many other shields do.
