The Amulet of the Mists is obtained from the Oracle Suun in Divine Path, after the completion of the final mission Imperial Sanctum. It can be traded to an Adept for one of several unique items available from the collectors in the Divine Path.
Each character is awarded one amulet the first time they speak with Suun in the Divine Path. Regardless of how many times that character speaks with him again, even if they complete the Imperial Sanctum mission again, they will not receive another amulet. Amulets can be traded with other characters, allowing one character to receive several items in exchange, provided the amulets are brought into the mission at the start. The only way the recipient can obtain an item for the amulet(s) is to make it to the Divine Path by beating the final mission.
If you fail to get the amulet the first time, you can still get it by completing the Imperial Sanctum mission again.

[edit] Notes
- The Amulet of the Mists is the Factions equivalent of the Deldrimor Talisman for Prophecies, the Book of Secrets for Nightfall, and Droknar's Key for Eye of the North.
- These items are stackable.
- This item can only be received once per character for beating the final mission of the Factions Campaign.
- The item Shimmering Scale Necklace has a similar icon, and is sometimes used to scam players.
