A Staff with a name Prefix "Adept" is equipped with a weapon upgrade of the same name:

• Adept Staff Head

An Adept Staff Head provides the following bonus to the weapon (the user respectively):

• Halves casting time of spells of item's attribute (Chance: 10-20%)
